1. Acceptance of terms
By using Missing Pages ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of service
The Service is a free tool from HeyTony. You give us your website, your industry and your city, and we email you a report comparing the pages on your website with the pages on the top local competitors in public Google search results. We read public sitemaps and menu links and use AI to group the pages into topics.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service for legitimate business purposes only
- Only request a report for your own website and email address
- Don't try to overload or abuse the Service, or access it with automated tools
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". The report is generated automatically and may miss pages or suggest pages that don't fit your business. Check each suggestion before acting on it. We are not affiliated with any business named in the report.
No guarantees: the report is for information only. Adding the pages it suggests doesn't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales, and we make no guarantees or promises of any kind about results.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

What we collect
- Your website, industry, city, country, first name and email address
- Your IP address, for rate limiting and security
- Campaign tags (UTMs) from the link you arrived on
How we use it
- To build and email your report
- To prevent abuse
- To send you marketing emails from HeyTony, which you agreed to and can opt out of at any time
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers: Resend (email delivery), Railway (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing of your homepage and search results), Serper (Google search) and GoHighLevel (our CRM).
Retention
Search results are cached for 30 days. Lead information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing emails. Contact privacy@heytony.ca.
